 1. How long does an order take?
If the chair is in stock, we ship right away. Most people have
their chair within one week of shipping. Once shipped, you can track your order right to your door.
If you are custom ordering a glider rocker that is out of stock,
it only takes about two weeks to be made up in the fabrics shown. Some custom orders and fabrics can take about 4 weeks (see #2).
2. Why do you only show 10 fabrics on your Quick Ship chairs?
We try our best to stock all the items in our quick ship line of
products. With just the 10 fabrics, 3 styles, 4 wood stains and with or without the multi-lock option equals OVER 200
COMBINATIONS. We like to have fast shipping so we have limited the selection for stock purposes.
Dutailier has over 70 fabrics available and many styles of chairs. If there's a fabric you would like that we do not show,
just ask. If you do not know a fabric number but have a color scheme in mind, email us and we can send scans of colors we
think would suit.
3. How long have you been in business?
GliderChairs.com is a wholly owned subsidiary
of Unger's Appliance and Furniture. We have been in business for
over 37 years at the same location. We are also a member in good
standing with the Better Business Bureau and have thousands of
satisfied customers throughout North America and around the
world.
4. Do you offer a return policy on your products?
Yes! Our return policy is simple: Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days provided they are still in the original
box and in new condition. We will refund the full amount of your purchase less shipping and handling charges.
 5. Why is Dutailier considered one of the best in Glider Rockers?
Dutailier Gliders Rockers are a fine piece of furniture. They have a computer designed motion and unique ball bearing system
that is tested to 6 million cycles. The Vermont solid maple and Appellation oak are knurled, glued and locked at the joints and
finished with hand wiped, non-toxic finishes. The fabrics are Scotch-guarded against spills. All cushions meet California high
fire retardant standards.

6. What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?
We have the most secure server software available so this is not
a problem, but if you prefer, you can order on our toll free number. If calling please be aware that we are a retail
furniture store and the most knowledgeable person might be tied up with a customer and may need to call you back. Also, you can
e-mail us with your questions that way we have time to give you the most knowledgeable answer.
7. Are parts and accessories available for my chair?
Yes! We carry parts for Dutailier Glider Chairs. We currently have complete pad sets, replacement bearings, and snap kits.
8. Do you have a privacy policy?
Yes! Our privacy policy is very simple. We do not share your personal information with anyone. We do not use your information
for solicitation of any kind. We only use your information to respond to your request or process your order.
